Insightrix EU ("we", "our", "us") operates the Dr PrEPpy mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
We do not collect any personal health data. All health-related information you enter into Dr PrEPpy (pill tracking, test results, health records) is stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to this data.
When you contact us through our support form, we receive your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.
All app data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. Your data is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.
PrEPpy+ subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Subscription management is handled by Apple.
Dr PrEPpy does not integrate with any analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
The clinic finder feature uses a built-in directory. No location data is transmitted to our servers.
We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties. Since we do not collect health data, there is no health data to share.
Free users: app data is retained for 3 days on your device. PrEPpy+ subscribers: unlimited data retention on your device. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Support inquiries are retained for up to 12 months for quality assurance, then permanently deleted.
Dr PrEPpy is rated 13+ and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Since all data is stored on your device, you have full control. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app. For support inquiries, you may request deletion by contacting us.
We take reasonable measures to protect any information provided through our support channels. On-device data benefits from iOS built-in security features including device encryption.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
